Write to hello@is.tools. Bug reports, wrong or outdated statements in a tool's explanation, translation mistakes and requests for new tools are all welcome. For a bug, please include the browser and operating system, the tool page, and — if you can share it — a file that reproduces the problem; since nothing is uploaded automatically, we can only see what you choose to send.
is.tools is run by a small team, so replies may take a few days. There is no paid support and no phone line. Requests concerning Google Analytics or Google AdSense data should go to Google directly; see the privacy policy.
